   On this page, we offer some nice hummingbird feeders, oriole feeders, brushes for cleaning your hummingbird feeders, and butterfly houses. Near the bottom of the page you will find recipes for making your own hummingbird nectar and oriole nectar. 
   If you are ordering items from this page and intend to order plants too (assuming you live in one of the states we are permitted to ship plants to), please understand that your entire order will be shipped together. We do not generally split orders, sending part of it now and part of it later.

This Heritage Farms Hummingbird Feeder holds up to 16 oz. of nectar solution, has 5 feeding ports, is easy to fill and clean, has a built in ant moat, and is leak proof and drip resistant. Brass hanger included. Can also be pole mounted on a wooden dowel rod (not included).

Aspects HummZinger Mini Hummingbird Feeder, 8 oz.           $15.00

The HummZinger Mini Excel features 3 ports and holds 8 ounces of nectar. It is both bee and ant resistant and has a built-in ant cup in the bowl. The cover is bright red to attract hummingbirds and has raised flowers to prevent rain from running into the bowl. The red cover pops off for easy cleaning and filling.Both the red cover and the clear bowl are polycarbonate. Hanging rod is solid brass. Feeder can be hung or post mounted on a 5/8" wooden dowel or on a piece of 1/2" copper tubing (which has a 5/8" outside diameter). The pole should be inserted into the ground at least one foot. The feeder height may vary, but three to four feet usually works well when pole mounted. Made in the USA.

This book features descriptions of over 100 birds, as well as information on habitat, nesting habits, and behaviors. A large color photograph accompanies each description, including separate photos if the plumage differs on males and females. The book is organized by plumage color, with quick color tabs for reference. Tips on the bird's behavior are provided under every photograph, and a habitat map appears in the bottom corner of each page.

The Wildlife Accessories Trap-It Ant Trap is designed to prevent ants and crawling insects from accessing your hummingbird or oriole feeder. Simple hang the plastic Ant Trap above your feeder, fill the well with water, and ants won't be able to get to the hummingbird or oriole nectar.  

Recipe  for  Homemade  Hummingbird  Nectar

Bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Add 1 cup of white granulated sugar. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved. Remove from heat and allow to cool before pouring into clean hummingbird feeders. Nectar can be stored in a refrigerator for up to two weeks.

Hummingbird feeders should be cleaned and refilled with fresh nectar every 3 to 4 days.
Do not add any dye or food coloring to nectar recipe as research shows that these may be harmful to hummingbirds and it is not necessary for attracting them.
Do not use honey instead of sugar. Honey can grow a black fungus which can cause fatal disease in hummingbirds.
